The office
Founded by Mariel GANSOU, Doctor of Law, Former Attorney at Law at the Paris Bar and currently admitted to Benin Bar, GMCA was born to answer the transversal needs for legal support related to both emerging and mature markets.
Combining a deep knowledge of regulations, acquired at the heart of international institutional practice, GMCA relies on a detailed analysis of legal systems to design solutions of its clients. The firm assists national, regional and international institutions as well as civil society.
Mariel GANSOU has taught at the universities of Paris-XII and Tours in France. He is also the author of a thesis on financing by the financial market in the OHADA area and contributes, through articles, to several national and international legal journals.
